What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop? Its engineered with X24 Techheavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

For lightweight strength you can count on, get our swaged tube tie rods. They use a 7/8 steel tube thats flared out to boost strength and eliminate shearing. Plus, theyre paired with our top-shelf, oversized tie rod ends. They use 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads to make sure the most common failure points are as tough as they can be. This setup is perfect for folks that push the limits of their stock machine.
