Every Hi-Lift Mount/Clamp uses MALE DIAMOND KNURLS for a secure hold on the tube you are clamping.
A male diamond knurl helps hold the clamp in both directions from moving. We use two -20 SHCS to hold the two pieces together. This clamp can be mounted on any size tubing listed above. This is a clean way to mount your Hi-Lift on your roll cage, bumper or any other tubing.
You simply take each half of the clamp and bolt each side around the tubing where you want your Hi-Lift to be mounted and tighten the supplied bolts. Then set your Hi-Lift Jack on the two studs protruding from the clamps and use the supplied wing nut to secure your Hi-Lift to the clamp.
We machine these Hi-Lift Clamps/brackets in house from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Every AJK Offroad part is proud to be designed and manufactured in the USA.
